What is a Coach?

A coach is a trained professional who has the skills to help individuals, executives, and organizations create positive changes, see new possibilities, and help their clients define the steps to take to achieve their short-term and long-term goals.

Coaching is not: a psychologist, consulting, or counsellor.

A good coach and coach people like them, but a great coach like the ones from Decode Greatness can coach anyone because we’ve spent the necessary time learning how to recognize individual differences.

    We tailor our coaching program to meet your primary communication and learning style.
    Your first consultation is free to review your primary needs and see if we are a match to working together.
    Then our coaching program is a 3-month commitment, with bi-weekly meeting last about an hour long. We are always available by email.
    We provide and review in depth “the client questionnaire”
    We provide a learning path for you and the coach to develop “goals objective defined plan”
    We develop you’re personalize affirmation script…..
